Once completed, we will immediately arrange for shipping. For a better shopping experience, all products in our store are shipped by air freight free of charge. The air shipping duration is about 5-10 days, subject to the logistics company's schedule.

3. As most of our products are pure handmade, production begins immediately after the order is placed. Our artists work hard to create these pieces, so we do not provide refunds due to changed purchase intentions.
