Tie-dye tote bag
Tie-dye
Tie-dyeing process consists of two parts: binding and dyeing. By using tools such as yarn, thread, and rope, fabrics are subjected to various combinations of tying, sewing, binding, stitching, and clamping before dyeing. The bound areas act as a resist, preventing dye penetration, while the unbound areas absorb dye evenly, resulting in color gradients and textured patterns with rich layers of depth and wrinkles.
