2. After you place your order, we will arrange our artists to create it based on the order sequence. The production time is approximately 5-10 days. Once completed, we will immediately arrange for shipping. For a better shopping experience, all products in our store are shipped by air freight free of charge. The air shipping duration is about 5-10 days, subject to the logistics company's schedule.

3. As most of our products are pure handmade, production begins immediately after the order is placed. Our artists work hard to create these pieces, so we do not provide refunds due to changed purchase intentions. However, if you encounter any serious issues with the products purchased from our store, please email us, and we will do our best to assist you.
